The new Compact lubrication pump series for single-line lubrication systems (CLS) is suitable for small and medium-sized oil and fluid grease lubrication systems.
CLS pumps are part of the SKF eLube family, which sets a new standard in lubrication performance. CLS pumps in the control variant Touch have an integrated control board with data logging functionality, which provides a performance and failure log. This allows for checking if the machine is appropriately lubricated and makes it easier for users to plan the next pump refill. The intuitive touch display makes it very easy to set pump parameters.
CLS Touch pumps offer three operation modes (automatic, advanced, and time-controlled) and provide need-based lubrication for any application.
The lightweight, simple, and easy-to-use pump stands out with its compact design and reliable functionality in mobile and industrial applications.
The P 203 lubrication pump is versatile, compact and economical and can supply up to 150 lubrication points, depending on the line length. It consists of a housing with integrated motor, reservoir with stirring paddle, pump element (optionally incl. pressure-relief valve), filling nipple and electrical connection parts. This powerful pump can drive up to three pump elements and can be equipped with a low-level control (with or without control board).
The SKF Compact greaser (ETP) is an electrically operated cartridge pump for linear guides, ball screws and rolling bearings lubrication. It offers precise metering of lubricant quantities, ensuring optimal performance and longevity for critical components. Thanks to its compact design and low weight, the SKF Compact greaser is easy to install and reliable to use, even in cramped conditions or at moving machine parts. It can be operated directly by the PLC, namely without a separate power pack or additional circuit breaker. The SKF Compact greaser is designed for NLGI grade 1 and 2 greases. It offers up to 5 individual outlets with metering quantities of 10, 15, 20, 30 or 40 mm³ per stroke and outlet. The number of outlet ports used, and the metering rates are flexible and can be specified in the order, thus making it a customized lubrication solution. A bayonet lock makes it easy to replace the grease cartridge. The simple integration into the machine control system (Profibus, Profinet, ASi) enables reliable monitoring and control of the SKF Compact Greaser.
The MFP is a manual refilling pump specifically designed for applications with NLGI grade 0 to 2 greases. It is intended for use with 18 kg barrels or buckets with or without follower plate. Follower plate is essential to ensure reliable suction and optimal emptying of the barrel while using hard greases. This pump is fitted with a 2-metre long high-pressure hose that features a quick coupling female connector compatible with SKF filling filter often found in SKF Lincoln automatic lubrication system pumps. Additionally, an adaptor for filling Lube-Shuttle cartridges is available as an option. The MFP dispenses a volume of 25 cm³ per stroke and operates at pressures of up to 60 bar. Two versions of the MFP are available, each tailored for different NLGI grades of lubricants. This market-proven solution, tested under the harsh conditions of Nordic winters, is noted for its high reliability, durability, and ease of use.
The MGH grease cartridge pump is designed for hydraulically driven machines. It can directly supply individual lubrication points or work within a system with progressive metering devices for up to 22 lubrication points. The lubricant cartridges facilitate easy maintenance, making them ideal for vehicle attachments used in construction, agriculture, and utility services. The robust SKF cartridge version is also suitable for hydraulic breakers and hammers. MGH pump elements deliver metering quantities ranging from 0.04 cm³ to 0.24 cm³ per shot. The Lube-Shuttle version with a cover features an optical low-level indicator and an optional electronic level sensor. MGH designs with a cover and spring-loaded cartridge piston can be installed horizontally if needed.
General purpose lubrication systems grease
SKF LGCC 2 is a general purpose grease specially engineered to deliver superior performance in a wide range of lubrication systems, particularly excelling in environments with very low temperatures. Its advanced formulation ensures exceptional water resistance and robust corrosion protection, making it ideal for demanding non-rolling bearing applications.
